Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, Greendama is happy to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
You can return the product in exchange for:

• a gift card
• a different product
• a direct refund to the original payment method

We ask you to take note of the following procedures to follow for our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must have the label showing the type of plant
• Returned items must be shipped in the original packaging
• Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear*

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

1. Contact us using the contact form
   https://www.greendama.it/pages/contact
   or by sending an email to customercare@greendama.it
2. Indicate your order number in the message (ex. #1234)
3. Print the shipping label that you will receive by email
4. Affix the box label provided and ship all items
5. Greendama will collect your order at no additional cost

Further information:

• The refund will be made upon receipt of the return and available in 7 days
• The replacement product will have the same timing as the order placed previously with processing once the return has been received
• The voucher will be applied with immediate effect upon receipt of the return

In case of damage during transport, do not hesitate to contact us, Greendama will replace your order.
